Building Regulations
Part P registered
For domestic installations, we are part of the NAPIT Installers Scheme, working to Building Regulation Part P.
NAPIT Certificate no. 51118
What Part P means for you
Part P of the Building Regulations covers electrical safety in homes. Using a registered installer means notifiable electrical work is carried out, tested and certified correctly — and self-certified to Building Control on your behalf, so you don't have to arrange a separate inspection.
- Work carried out to current wiring regulations
- Certification issued and registered for you
- Peace of mind for sale, rental or insurance purposes
